It’s Monday once again and that means it’s time for the weekly meal plan. I was able to get my March menu planned out on Sat. so here is this week. ๐
- Monday ~ Spaghetti, Salad & Bread
- Tuesday ~ Grilled Chicken & Mediterranean Barley Salad
- Wednesday ~ Vegetable Barley Soup & Bread
- Thursday ~ Ground Beef Wellington, Asparagus & Roasted Red Potatoes
- Friday ~ Pizza & Salad
- Saturday ~ Spaghetti, Salad & Bread
- Sunday ~ Vegetable Barley Soup & Bread
The Mediterranean Barley Salad and Ground Beef Wellington are two new recipes that we’ve never had before so I’m curious to see how they turn out. So that is what’s for dinner here, how about for your week? ๐
