Is it really already April 15th? We’re halfway through the month and that means it’s time to start making that meal plan for May, the ingredient list and the shopping lists. Meal planning for a month at a time seems to make the days, weeks and months go by just that much faster. Some days I feel like I just planned X month meals only to turn around and have to start working on the next month’s meals. It really does go by quickly.
